These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and bj22 (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by bj22, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

The bj22 Platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification documents (National ID, passport, birth certificate) at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed, all deposits forfeited, and winnings voided.
Age Restriction: bj22 operates under a strict 18+ policy. Allowing minors to access gambling services is illegal and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
Players must ensure that online gambling is legal in their place of residence. While bj22 primarily serves the Bangladesh market, it is the Player's sole responsibility to verify compliance with local laws. We do not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. The Platform may restrict access based on IP geolocation or other technical measures.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Each Player is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All Players must maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method will be considered duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, bj22 reserves the right to close all related accounts, void winnings, confiscate bonuses, and retain deposits to offset any advantage gained. Previously self-excluded individuals attempting to create new accounts will be permanently banned.
Upon registration, you will create a password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify bj22 support and change your password. bj22 is not liable for losses resulting from stolen or shared credentials.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraud, bj22 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. Players must submit valid government-issued identification (National ID card, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months). Accounts failing to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be suspended.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's legal name. Third-party payments (deposits made by someone other than the Account holder) are strictly prohibited. bj22 may request screenshots of bKash/Nagad/Rocket accounts, bank statements, or transaction receipts to verify payment ownership. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to a minimum 1x wagering requirement on deposited funds.
bj22 employs automated systems and manual reviews to detect suspicious activity including money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, freeze accounts pending investigation, and report illegal activity to relevant authorities. Cooperation with verification requests is mandatory; failure to comply will result in account closure.
bj22 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ৳200-৳500. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary based on account verification status and transaction history.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours depending on the issuing bank. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with transaction reference details. bj22 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted once your Account is fully verified and all wagering requirements are met. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on account tier and verification level (standard accounts: ৳100,000 per day; VIP accounts: ৳500,000 per day). Withdrawals are processed within 30-90 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST) and within 24 hours outside business hours.
All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the Bonus Terms. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made with support approval.
All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. If you deposit via a method requiring currency conversion (credit/debit cards issued outside Bangladesh), your bank or payment provider will apply exchange rates and conversion fees. bj22 is not responsible for third-party currency conversion charges.
bj22 reserves the right to decline or cancel any deposit or withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. If a transaction is declined, you will be notified via email with the reason. Funds will be returned to the original source where applicable. Repeated failed transaction attempts may result in account suspension pending investigation.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to specific terms displayed on the promotional page and in your Account. By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by all associated terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonuses are discretionary and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Most bonuses require wagering (rollover) before withdrawal. Wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x bonus amount). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 35x wagering requires ৳35,000 in total bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games are excluded entirely. Check the bonus terms for specific contribution rates.
While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits apply (typically ৳100-৳300 per spin/hand). Exceeding the maximum bet will void the bonus and associated winnings. Bonus funds must be wagered within the specified validity period (usually 7-30 days) or they will expire along with any winnings.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, wagering in a way that guarantees profit (opposite betting, low-risk betting strategies), or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay. Players caught abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and winnings voided, accounts closed, and may be permanently banned from future promotions.
bj22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may exclude specific players from promotional eligibility at our discretion. Bonus terms take precedence over general Terms & Conditions in case of conflict.
All games are governed by their individual rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, available in the game information screens. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and does not guarantee individual session results. Slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness. Live casino games are conducted in real-time with professional dealers and are subject to standard casino rules.
A bet is considered accepted once the wager is deducted from your Balance and confirmed on-screen. For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results as determined by bj22. In the event of obvious errors (incorrect odds, technical glitches, late bets accepted after event start), bj22 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 14 days of the event conclusion.
If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's rules. For slots, the spin result is determined server-side when you click spin; disconnection does not affect the outcome. For live casino, if you disconnect during a betting round, your hand will typically be played according to optimal strategy or the game rules. In the event of software malfunction, communication failure, or incorrect game display, all affected bets and payouts are void. This includes visual display errors, incorrect odds, or game freezes. bj22 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control. If a malfunction results in erroneous winnings, those winnings are void and will be deducted from your Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
bj22 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice if we determine that Terms have been violated. Upon closure, any remaining Balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Repeat offenders and individuals engaging in fraud or criminal activity will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. bj22 may charge an administrative fee of ৳500 per month on inactive accounts with a positive Balance. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed, and remaining funds escheated according to applicable law. To avoid inactivity fees, log in at least once per year.
bj22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming behavior including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and reality checks. These tools are accessible in your Account settings and can be adjusted at any time.
If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bj22 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
bj22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of changes.
Your continued use of the Platform after Terms have been modified constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
